Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs steak cut of your choice
  • ½ c vegetable oil or canola oil
  • ¼ c soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon A-1 sauce
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic minced

Instructions

  • In the morning that you plan to cook the steak, combine the oil, soy sauce, A-1, Worcestershire, and garlic in a gallon-sized Ziplock bag or in a baking dish. Mix until well combined.
    ½ c vegetable oil, ¼ c soy sauce, 1 tablespoon A-1 sauce, 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce, 1 clove garlic
  • Place the steak in the bag or baking dish and seal the bag or cover with plastic wrap. Place in the refrigerator to marinate. Flip the steak over once in the middle of marinating to thoroughly coat both sides if it is not entirely covered by the marinade.

  • When it is time to cook your steak, heat up your grill before cooking the steak to your desired level of doneness (see temperature notes below). I like to cook mine on my Traeger at high heat.
  • Allow the steak to rest about 10 minutes before serving.
