Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, cream together butter, cream cheese and sugars.
4 oz cream cheese, ¾ c unsalted butter, ½ c granulated sugar, ½ c brown sugar
Add egg and vanilla and continue to mix until just combined.
1 large egg, 3 teaspoon vanilla
In separate bowl, combine flours, espresso powder, and baking soda.
1 ¾ c all-purpose flour, ¾ c cake flour, 1 tablespoon espresso powder, 1 teaspoon baking soda
Add flour mixture to wet mixture and mix until just combined.
Fold in crushed oreos, white chocolate chips and espresso chips.
1 ½ cup rough chopped java chip oreos, ½ c white chocolate chips, 1 c espresso chips
Scoop out about 3 tablespoon of dough and place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for approximately 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool a bit before topping with a Java Chip Oreo and a square of Cookies and Cream Hershey.
