Homemade Cinnamon Baking Chips

Ingredients
  

  • c granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 225℉ and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Melt the coconut oil in the microwave in 15 second increments until it is completely melted.

  • Mix together all ingredients in a mixing bowl until smooth.

  • Pour the mixture onto the cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and press into a flat, even layer about ¼ inch thick. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.

Notes

This recipe makes 1 ½ cups of cinnamon baking chips.
